We offer the following media profiles for free
downloading:
Important Note:
Kindly note that these
media profiles were updated in August 2003 for PosterJet
Version 6.5. If you are using earlier versions of
PosterJet, you may get parser errors and you need
to manually remove these downloaded media folders
from the respective printer folder.
If you add a new media profile to your printer
folder, please remove the older one in such cases
first! (In some cases the name of the media folder
can slightly differ, but will include the same
media profil, which causes errors when running
PosterJet!)

To use the new HP media on your DesignJet, please
download the latest media profiles for your HP
DesignJet 5000 frontpanel from the following website:
www.designjet.hp.com
-> select Drivers, then select HP 5000, then
select Media Profiles. In the PosterJet media
folders you will find a file called Settings.txt,
which gives you the information for the correct
frontpanel display settings and paper calibration.
