Extended and Post Manufacturers Support Contract
We specialise in a warranty package that is tailor made to your needs, wherever you are, our Perfect Colours Total Care package offers national coverage and a one hour response. Our engineers are fully trained on most major brands of wide format printer and our first fix rate is 97% as we carry a large selection of spare parts, even if your printer is quite old, we still might be able to offer you support on it giving you complete of mind. Perfect Colours Total Care, will cover qualifying printers for anything between one and five years and you can pay monthly!
Perfect Colours cover equipment with HP Warranties
Perfect Colours has signed up to HP’s Graphical Service Partner scheme which allows us to deliver support for your machine under warranty or under a HP Care Pack without you having to contact HP’s call centre. We have HP-trained engineers to allow us to handle the call and carry out any repairs necessary.
The advantage for you is that you’re dealing with someone you know, someone who knows your business, and someone who is more interested in getting you up and going rather than following a script.
Repairs
If you are unlucky enough to have your large format printer break down outside of warranty, we are happy to send a trained engineer to fix the problem. On receiving the initial call we will come back to you within an hour and diagnose the problem. We will then give you a fixed price for the job, and you will not pay more than the quoted price for the diagnosed fault. Please call today.

Installation
Time is money, nobody would argue about that fact. Having your large format printer professionally installed, will save you time and money and will ensure that your new purchase is set up correctly and is working to its optimum speed and efficiency.

Colour Management
Getting the right results and colours from your large format printer can be a costly and lengthy process. We are here to help and one of our trained technicians can work with you to get the colour and results you require, whether it’s writing colour profiles for new Medias, setting up a RIP, or calibrating multiple machines. New and Second Hand Spare Parts
We have a large stock of spare parts for most large format printers including obsolete models. In the unlikely event we do not have the part in stock we will endeavour to deliver it as soon as the part is available, usually on a next working day basis. If you think you can’t find that part for your large format printer then challenge us to find it!!
