Epson will showcase eight of its brand new wide format printers at FESPA 2013.
The selection, which will include the company's first dye-sublimation printers, provides an exciting sneak-peak into the future of wide format printing across all sectors.
There is plenty of buzz surrounding the appearance of the SC-F6000 and the SC-F7000 dye-sublimination printers at the London show. The printers, which target the soft signage and sportswear market, are the first where every component has been constructed by the same company. Epson claims that this has resulted in a dramatic improvement in quality, reliability and performance.
Printweek.com reports that three new 64-inch SureColor SC-S printers will also be on show, as well as a new 44-inch SureColor SC-T printer and two others.
Speaking to itweb.co.za, Epson Europe's director of pro-graphics and new business development Duncan Ferguson claimed that the printers presented a new level of versatility, functionality and reliability for wide format printers.
"By uniting them for the first time at FESPA, we will present the broadest range of graphics products printed on the widest range of surfaces to show print service providers the significant commercial potential of Epson inkjet printers," he said.
FESPA 2013 will be hosted in the London ExCel Exhibition Centre and runs from June 25-29.
