What is GREENGUARD Gold Certification?

The UL Environment is a worldwide leading safety and certification organisation, and it’s GREENGUARD Certification Program demands that products meet some of the world’s most rigorous standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds for indoor environments. The award of this certification to Océ’s UVgel 460 ink shows that it has met the stringent criteria required.

The new UVgel ink technology is one of a number of features that make the Océ Colorado stand out from the crowd. Not only does it provide a superb colour gamut, with outstanding colour depth and detail, it also enables the production of high-quality prints in fewer passes with no need for drying time. In combination with the Océ FLXfinish, it delivers outstanding matte or gloss finishing to create the highest quality prints for use in indoor settings. The Océ Colorado can be used to produce durable quality prints on a wide range of media, including SAVs, polyester textiles, heat-sensitive materials and plain paper.
