Obtaining All Page Service Plot for HP Latex Printers

To help diagnose and resolve printer issues efficiently, follow the steps below to obtain and send your printer’s service plot

Accessing the Printer's Web Interface

  1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address of your printer in the address bar.
  2. If prompted, enter the default login credentials:
    Username: admin
    Password: admin
  3. Ignore any security warnings as long as the IP address is correct.
If you cannot access the page:
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.).

Downloading the Service Plot

Latex 700 and 800 Series

  1. On the printer’s home screen, tap the network icon to find the IP address.
  2. Enter the IP in your browser.
  3. The file ServicePlot.html will be downloaded.
    Note: The filename might appear as ServicePlot(1).html, etc., if downloaded multiple times.

Latex 600 Series

  1. On the printer, go to:
    Menu > Info > Connectivity to find the IP.
  2. In your browser, enter the IP address.
  3. If prompted, enter the PIN from the label on the back of the printer.
  4. Wait for the Serviceinformation.pdf file to download.

Latex 300 and 500 Series

  1. On the printer panel, navigate to:
    Settings > Connectivity to find the IP address.
  2. Enter the IP into your web browser.
  3. On the EWS homepage, go to:
    Support > Service Support > Printer Information > All Pages
    This may take up to 5 minutes to load.

Saving the .mht File

⚠️ Note: .mht files are not supported in Microsoft Edge or Firefox Quantum.
