Downloading Service Plot For Latex 700 and 800 Series

To help diagnose and resolve printer issues efficiently, follow the steps below to obtain and send your printer’s service plot

What You Will Need

The IP address of your HP Latex printer
The printer must be switched on and not in a fatal error state
A computer on the same network with web browser and email access

Accessing the Web Interface

On your printer's front panel, navigate to the Connectivity Menu and note down the IP address
Go to your computer and type the IP address into an internet browser address bar
You may see a security alert. Click Advanced, then Continue to webpage.
Log in if prompted:
No factory default password on this series
If our engineer set it up: try admin / admin

The 700/800 series doesn't ship with a default password, it only gets set the first time certain functions are used. If one of our engineers configured it during install, admin/admin is worth trying first. If someone else set it, you'll need to check with whoever set it up, or your IT team.

Troubleshooting

Update the browser or try Chrome, Edge or Firefox instead

Downloading the Service Plot

Click the Support tab, then Service Support
In the Service Information section, click Download
The file ServicePlot.html will be downloaded
Upload that file using the form below

Upload HP Latex Service Plot

Please upload your service plot file (.html, .pdf, .mht, or .zip):

Once submitted, our team will review your service plot and contact you once it has been received and actioned — you do not need to follow up unless you have not heard from us within a few working days.

Important: if your downloaded service plot came as an .htm file with a folder next to it (e.g. "allServicePlot_files"), the .htm file will not work on its own. Please select both the file and the folder together, right-click, choose "Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder", and upload that .zip file instead.
