Perfect Colours Service Division

1. 13 HP certified and trained engineers in different locations all over the UK
2. We have a fully manned help desk for first line support, where an engineer is always on duty. Many problems are fixed quickly over the phone.
3. Perfect Colours is a Graphics Service provider, so can repair HP and Epson Large Format Printers under HP & Epson warranty on behalf of HP.
4. Our engineering division does both warranty work for and on behalf manufacturers and also on a time and materials basis.
5. The department is run Protean software a totally paperless system that ensures time on site is correctly recorded. Each engineers has a tablet and the jobs are sent to each engineer via that tablet.
6. We like to take a pro-active approach and monitor printers via applications such as HP Print OS and Partner Link.
7. We have over £250K of parts on stock to ensure a fast turnaround for repairs
