From our engineers and customer service staff to our sales and marketing personnel, our operation requires a team dedicated to thier roles and prepared to work closely with clients to provide the best possible support.

Telesales

Our Telesales department is made up of 15 people, each specialising in different areas of Large Format Print. Our staff are trained on HP Technical and Graphics printers, HP Latex and Pagewide printers, Flatbed printers, cutters, RIPS and lots more.

Field Sales

If you need a specialist to come and visit then you need one of our Field sales reps, they all have extensive training and knowledge in Large Format Printers solutions and software. Whether you require a 3.2m Latex printer or another HP Designjet Z6800 to increase your output, they have the skills and experience to guide you.

Engineering

Just bought a Large Format Printer, Cutter or RIP from us? Great, you will now get to know our fantastic engineers. Each one is HP certified and trained on a wide range of products and solutions. They are friendly and are happy to assist with whatever quires you may have.

Technical Suport

Printer gone down? RIP not working? Error code on your printer's console? Have no fear, technical support is here. Out technical support engineers are highly trained specialists who can help assist you when your printer or software goes down.

Accounts

Our accounts department is made up of 8 staff, managing everything from invoicing to payroll. They are here to help if anything goes wrong with payments, contracts or administration.

Warehouse

Ever wondered how your order gets sorted? Our warehouse staff deal with over 90 orders a day from all around England, organising and sorting printers, inks and media to be shipped directly to your door.

Logistics

Once your order has been sorted by our warehouse team its is passed to our Logistics team. They are responsible for delivering your order on and in one, fully working piece.

Directors

Perfect Colours has three directors, Jason Burroughs - Managing Director, Mark Voysey - Financial Director & Jon Telling - Sales Director. They keep the company functional, dealing with orders, customers, sales, finance... You name it they know it.
