Latex 600 Series

To help diagnose and resolve printer issues efficiently, follow the steps below to obtain and send your printer’s service plot

What You Need

  • The IP address of your HP Latex printer
  • The printer must be on and not in a fatal error state
  • A computer on the same network with a web browser and email access
  • If your computer doesn't have email access, you can use a USB stick to transfer the file

Accessing the Printer's Web Interface

  1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address of your printer in the address bar
  2. If prompted, enter the default login credentials:
    Username: admin Password: admin
  3. Ignore any security warnings as long as the IP address is correct
  4. If you cannot access the page:
    • Make sure your browser is up to date
    • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)

Latex 600 Series

  1. On the printer, go to: Menu > Info > Connectivity to find the IP
  2. In your browser, enter the IP address
  3. If prompted, enter the PIN from the label on the back of the printer
  4. Wait for the Serviceinformation.pdf file to download
