To help diagnose and resolve printer issues efficiently, follow the steps below to obtain and send your printer’s service plot

How to Get Your Service Plot: HP Latex 300 & 500 Series

Step 1: Find your printer's IP address

On the printer's front panel, press the connectivity icon to see the IP address.

Step 2: Open the Embedded Web Server

On a computer on the same network, open a web browser and type the printer's IP address into the address bar.

Step 3: Go to Service Support

Click the Support tab
Click Service support
Click Printer information
Select All pages to get the full report

Step 4: Save the page

Once it's loaded, save the page from your browser (File > Save Page As, or similar depending on your browser) as an HTML file, then upload it using the form below.

Shortcut: you can skip the menu clicks entirely by going straight to this address in your browser, replacing the IP with your printer's own address:
http://[your-printer-IP]/hp/device/webAccess/allServicePlot.htm

Logging in

You normally won't be asked for a password. If you are, there's no universal default for this series, if our engineer set a password during installation it may be admin / admin, but if someone else configured it, you'll need to check with whoever set it up.

Upload HP Latex Service Plot

Please upload your service plot file (.html, .pdf, .mht, or .zip):

Once submitted, our team will review your service plot and contact you once it has been received and actioned — you do not need to follow up unless you have not heard from us within a few working days.

Important: if your downloaded service plot came as an .htm file with a folder next to it (e.g. "allServicePlot_files"), the .htm file will not work on its own. Please select both the file and the folder together, right-click, choose "Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder", and upload that .zip file instead.
