How to Download the Service Plot from Your HP Latex Printer

To assist you effectively, we require the Service Plot (Service Information file) from your printer. Please follow the steps below to download it:

For Older HP Latex Printer Models:

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox — whichever you prefer).
  2. In the address bar at the top, type in your printer’s IP address.
    Example: http://10.0.4.80
You can usually find this IP address on the printer’s screen under Network Settings.
  1. When the printer’s page opens:
    • Click on Support in the left-hand menu.
    • Then choose Service support.
  2. Under the section titled Service Information, click the Download button.

That’s It!

  • Your printer will give you a small file in a .zip format.
  • Send that file back to us by replying to this email and attaching it.
  • This file helps us see what’s going on behind the scenes with your printer.
