The Evolution3™ BenchTop Bench is purpose-built to create the ultimate cutting platform for your Evolution3 BenchTop cutter. It provides the strong and solid foundation essential for consistently precise and accurate cutting. At its heart lies the unique, patented Proteus construction method, which results in a secure and rigid workbench designed to never lose its stability, even with intensive use. This inherent strength and stability are absolutely vital for guaranteeing optimum clamping and repeatable, reliable cutting across the entire length of your cutter bar. The Proteus construction is also straightforward to assemble, and its internal fittings are neatly concealed, offering a flush finish and maximizing safety even under heavy loads. Additionally, adjustable feet allow for precise leveling on uneven floors, ensuring the critical flatness required for consistent cutting accuracy.

The BenchTop Bench offers exceptional versatility, allowing you to customize your workspace to suit your specific needs. It's supplied without a worktop, giving you the freedom to choose any suitable sheet material, including glass, to create your ideal cutting surface. For the best stability and to ensure a flush finish with the Evolution3 BenchTop cutter's base plate, we recommend that your chosen worktop material be at least 18mm (3/4″) thick.

To further enhance your workspace, the BenchTop Bench includes a cantilever extension as standard. Thanks to the remarkable strength of the Proteus construction, this specially designed system allows you to extend the worktop width to a generous 1.525m (5’). Beyond just expanding your cutting area, this cantilever extension creates a convenient overhang, under which you can comfortably place a stool or tall chair, providing excellent legroom for prolonged work sessions. It's important to note that the cantilever extension is fitted to the rear, non-cutter edge of the bench, while your Evolution3 cutter should always be securely fitted to the front edge, which is specifically designed for stronger support and optimal cutter integration.
