It is perfectly suited for workshops where the cutter bar needs to be moved between various workbenches. This model includes all the benefits of the QuikSwap tool heads, allowing it to cut a vast array of materials, from 6mm foam board to delicate fabrics. Its ultra-high guaranteed cutting accuracy of 0.2mm (0.008″) and exceptional blade control ensure a fast, clean finish while significantly reducing wasted materials. Furthermore, the Evolution3™ FreeHand operates without generating dust or debris, making it safe for use even in vinyl application areas where cleanliness is paramount to prevent damage to the finish. Its simple, precision alignment saves time, and its design allows for efficient single-person operation.

The Evolution3 FreeHand is built for reliability and ease of use. The self-adjusting track roller system on the QuikSwap tool heads provides smooth, strong movement with zero sideways play, ensuring perfectly straight lines. This, combined with rigid blade clamping, delivers precise blade control and spot-on accuracy. The underside features two silicone strips that firmly grip the material surface, eliminating slippage. The intuitive design, guided by the sightline strip, allows even first-time users to cut confidently and accurately. The standard Double Graphik tool head with two individual blade holders is ideal for:
