With its Matte Litho-realistic paper, HP provides a great alternative to high-end smooth fine art papers: delivering superior quality and durability rolled into one cost-effective media solution. The material will appeal to printers, artists and art reproduction houses looking to create striking, excellent quality prints that have the look and feel of the heavy offset paper.
This paper is both eco-friendly, being FSC certified, and designed to ensure that your prints endure. Users can produce water resistant, long-lasting fine art copies with HP’s Photo and Vivid Photo inks on the lignon-free, buffered material thanks to its colour-stable coating. The paper is available in four sizes from 7.3m up to 18.3m in width, while all material in the range boasts a mere 12.1mm thickness.
With the new release comes a 3-inch core roll size upgrade, which means that the media holds less curl, making a significant change to finished jobs. This also makes the paper suitable for use with Designjet printers, thanks to the 3-inch core adaptors that come with this range. There is no need to worry when switching to a 3-inch core roll because it’s just as simple to load - the adaptors are easy to slide onto the spindle and lock, unlock and slide off again when no longer required.
