Media Spotlight: Neu Kaliss Digitally Printable Wall Coverings for Perfect Colours

Based in Germany and already well-known and well-respected in the UK’s traditional wall coverings market, Neu Kaliss have now developed a range of wall coverings for digital printing. Perfect Colours is thrilled to have become the UK distributor for the new product and we will be offering the whole range from our two distribution hubs in Kent and Yorkshire.

The Neu Kaliss nonwoven for digital printing is a textured paper with a structured surface designed to enhance printed images, making for eye-catching interiors wherever it’s hung. It’s suitable for Latex, UV, EcoSolvent and water-based inks and has the following certifications: ISO, FSC, fire retardant, HP Latex and Xeikon. The range is produced from three different sites, at Neu Kaliss and Berlin in Germany and at Pilot in Poland.

• Choice of fibrous uncoated surface and smooth uncoated surface, both giving a natural effect
• Special visual effects can be achieved through coloured fibres
• Classic white matt coating enables great printing results with Latex, UV, EcoSolvent and water-based inks
• Reel width up to 3.2 metres
• Wide range of choice in widths, lengths and shipping options
• Converting possible from 50 linear metres per roll and width 50cm
• Two converting machines
• High thickness and bulkiness make it easy to apply to walls
• Can be pulled dry from walls without leaving traces
