A printing firm based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, has cut ties from its franchised background and is re-branding itself as an independent business.
Bell Graphics entrepreneur Steve Bell says that by dropping the Prontaprint name, his firm will be able to be more "flexible" and "agile" in the way that it delivers its trade to customers.
The Ellesmere Port Pioneer says that the company is to retain its existing staff and continue to deliver a range of outdoor printing and large format printing products for consumers. Such wares range from large format items such as posters, banners and display boards to smaller goods like business cards, leaflets or flyers.
"We are a local business which prides itself in providing a professional and personal service to local businesses and it felt that the time was right to move in a new direction with a new brand which connected better with our clients," said Mr Bell of the decision.
Over the next couple of months Mr Bell and his team are to design the new Bellgraphics.co.uk company website, which will allow customers to easily choose anything from the most basic of items to those that really have the "wow" factor.
Mr Bell says he understands how important it is to stand apart from his competitors and deliver excellent quality service.
To achieve this, he added: "Our team will be on hand to offer guidance and advice to add a real personal touch for any of our products be it business cards, office stationery or more exclusive items such as retail packaging, scratch cards and badges."
According to a post from the company on Twitter.com, - posted under the handle @BellGraphics - its first digital print press has already been installed at the new premises and the colours are said to "look great".
