Xerox multifunction printers

At the higher end of the Xerox range is the iGen 150 Press, a machine capable of delivering prints of 2,400dpi at blistering speeds of 3,000 660 mm 4/0 sheets per hour. This MFP doesn’t require drying time for its jobs, and with an in-line spectrophotometer and in-built colour maintenance tool, you’re guaranteed consistently accurate prints.

At the other end of the spectrum we have the cost-effective Xerox WorkCentre 7525 series and Xerox Versant 80 Press.

The Versant 80 can print up to 80 pages per minute, and scan 200 images per minute with single-pass duplex scanning. Its print resolution is just as good as the Xerox iGen 150 at 2,400dpi, and an optional performance package maintains the print speed regardless of the weight of stock.

Meanwhile, the WorkCentre 7525 series can print up to 45 pages per minute and is perfect for small offices without a high demand in production. It’s available in five different models so that you can tailor it to your needs, and each features an ink cartridge-free design to help businesses reduce consumables expenditure.

Toshiba multifunction printers

Toshiba has a great range of small multifunction devices perfect for office environments. All of its MFPs that we stock are designed to be extremely compact and run at a lower power consumption. They are ideal for small workspaces and environmentally conscious businesses looking to improve their carbon footprint.

The Toshiba eStudio 306LP is the first multifunctional device that uses erasable toner, which gives you the option to reuse paper and save up to 80 percent on consumable costs. The eStudio 2505 is an A4 device with A3 capabilities, whilst the 5055cse can print up to 50 pages per minute.

Finally, the eStudio 477s/ 527s can produce high quality documents at a speed of up to 52 pages per minute and features a large full-colour touchscreen for an easy user experience. This machine also comes with e-Bridge software to create flexible workflows.
