Epson launches two new technical plotters

The Epson SureColor SC-T3100x

Available from November, this 24” entry-level desktop printer replaces the existing SC-T3100. It’s the ideal printer for poster producers, small POS businesses and for those working in education, delivering affordable and reliable performance.

• It uses a refillable ink system, with 140ml bottles rather than cartridges – enhancing convenience and reducing running costs
• Nozzle Verification technology means fewer misprints
• Full wi-fi connectivity for wireless printing

The Epson SureColor SC-T5400M

This 36” multifunction printer is available now, and has been developed for use in the construction and reprographics sectors who require a device that offers detail, precision and flexibility. It’s a large-format technical printer with an integrated scanner/copier, making it ideal for busy building offices and graphics studios.

• Simple top-loading operation
• Enables conversion of old maps and blueprints into electronic files
• Allow blueprints to be revised, manually annotated, scanned and distributed
• Print speed 22 seconds for an A1 image
• Colour scanning throughput of 4.5ips
• Mono scanning throughput of 7.5ips
• Scan and print directly from USB
• Large capacity 350ml ink cartridges
• Wi-fi connectivity
