Attention PrintFactory users

Mac are rolling out a new operating system at the moment. It's called Catalina. It's impressive. But there are some elements of that new system that the PrintFactory Editor doesn't support - not yet anyway.

Here's what you need to know:

• Please do not upgrade or install Mac OSX Catalina
• PrintFactory's Editor tool will NOT work with Catalina - not yet.
• If you upgrade, unfortunately you'll have problems...
• - and you may then need a new OS install to fix them.

Rest assured, PrintFactory are on the case

PrintFactory are working on the right upgrade for Editor, and their other tools, to make sure PrintFactory handles all of Catalina's great new features. And as soon as they've got a new version ready, we'll notify you right away.
