A new range from Kernow

A limitless variety

Paul Dimery, Kernow group sales manager, explains: “As well as our standard self-adhesive product range, the variety of products available is limitless because we can create our own coatings. For example, we can colour match to any Pantone colour, and mix and match adhesives and release liners.”

Introducing WallShark

If you already know FloorShark, then you’ll have a good idea what WallShark is. Developed from the floor graphics film, and using the same technology, this 170µ PVC-free self-adhesive film delivers wallcoverings that are scratch-resistant after drying. It’s been designed to be applied to internal smooth walls, with an emphasis on good adhesion so it will work with most wall paints and lacquers. WallShark comes in widths of 1.4m and 1.5m.

Meet Kernow KlearWipe

New to the Kernow stable, KlearWipe is a clear PVC-free lamination film to be used for dry-erase applications. It has a thickness of 75µ and it’s stiff enough to make application easy. With properties that include durability and scratch resistance, it’s not only easy to use but also excellent value for money. KlearWipe is highly transparent and is backed with special permanent adhesive. It can be used to laminate a wide variety of prints, including UV-cured inks, and comes in widths of up to 1.52m.

Having been tested with a wide range of water-based, solvent and acetone-based markers, the material is compliant with the EN71-3 standard, which means it’s safe for use on children’s furniture and toys.
