Get Your HP Latex Service Plot
If you're having an issue with your HP Latex printer, our engineers usually need to see its Service Plot before we can diagnose the problem properly. It's a diagnostic file the printer generates itself, showing us ink usage, printhead health, media handling and error history, so we can spot what's going on without a site visit.
Not sure which HP Latex you have?
Check the front panel screen or the nameplate on the printer itself, it'll show the model name directly (e.g. "HP Latex 700 W" or "HP Latex 335"). If you're still not sure, pick "Not Sure / Other Model" below and we'll help you identify it.
