Not content with the excellent PageWide XL 4000, the boffins at HP have been working away to come up with the brilliant PageWide XL 4100 – meaning now’s the time to upgrade your kit. The new machine will do the work of two printers and is not only faster than its LED equivalents but also more cost effective. Choose between a straight printer or an MFP, and speed up your production with fast print and astounding first-page-out speeds.

Super-fast final prints

The PageWide XL 4100 gives you immediate, simple access to final prints – with speeds of up to 10 D/A1 per minute and 30-second first page out speeds, you won’t be kept waiting. And with HP Click in control, your printed pages will turn out just as you expect them.

If you go for the MFP, any of your team can copy and scan with our intuitive multifunction workflows – and we’ve included automatic background removal as standard. Furthermore, the XL 4100 is definitely a team player – taking up to four rolls at a time and with a 100-page top stacker, you can all work for longer, uninterrupted.

How the XL 4100 keeps your costs down

This printer runs at lower costs than low-volume LED printers in both monochrome and colour – it uses half the energy per page compared to LED equivalents. And by using HP SmartTracker software, you’ll be able to track costs and keep them under control. At the same time, HP’s enhanced security features will keep your data safe and help cut breach-related costs; you’ll benefit from self-encrypted HDD, Secure Disk Erase and role access control.
