Media Spotlight: WP300 Wall Print 300 High Grab

Wall Print 300 is a top-quality smooth 100mic matt white PVC-faced printable medium, coated with a high-tack grey adhesive and laminated with a 140gsm, PE-coated silicon kraft paper. Its main application is as a digitally-printable wall covering for spaces where high contact adhesive is necessary, but it can also be used for outdoor signage and similar functions. One of its main advantages is that, because of its very high grab and opacity, it can be applied to walls which have low contamination, and has virtually no ‘see through’ once applied.

• Printability: WP300 is printable across an extensive range of wide-format printing technology, including Latex, UV, solvent and eco-solvent inks. Best results are obtained with OEM inks.
• Film thickness: 100mic +/- 5
• Available width: 1370mm
• Available lengths: 50m, 100m
• 180° peel strength: > 22N/25mm after 24 hours on stainless steel
• Boxed with suspension ends
• Before use care must be taken to ensure the receiving surface is clean, dry and free from defects which could be detrimental to the performance of the laminate
• Storage – when unused WP300 should be stored at temp 23°C +/- 2°C, RH < 55%
• To prolong product life, avoid exposure to excessive ultraviolet radiation
• Shelf life: 3 years when appropriately stored
• Minimum expected ‘in use’ life: 4 years indoors, 3 years outdoors
