If you are using Windows 10, Android or iOS, download the HP Smart app. Once the app is downloaded to your desktop, you will be able to view printer ink levels on the app homepage.

How to check ink levels on a Canon printer?

Using a Windows PC, you can check your printers ink levels by following these steps:

Open the Printer Driver Setup Window through the Start Menu. Select Settings, then Devices and finally, Printing Preferences from the menu.

Then, click the Maintenance tab and click View Printer Status. This will bring up a window that details the full status of your printer and its ink levels.

How to check ink levels on Epson?

To begin, ensure your computer has the suitable software installed to perform basic printing operations. This will have been supplied to you via CD on the purchase of your Epson printer.

Open the installed application and click the Maintenance tab, and then select the Epson Status Monitor button. Here you will see the estimated ink levels shown in a graph format.
